Long experience in IT Support and Service for Retail costumers, supporting their POS systems, and other IT systems and environments.
Currently working as an Application Analyst in IT Services, helping improve efficiency and effectiveness of ITSM systems, with focus on reporting tools. Also working with data analytics and business analysis, using data to help make good and sound data-based decisions to improve and develop business processes.
When not building data models and reports I build ship and car models (in wood and plastic).
